Cedarli respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you visit cedarli.com, we collect basic, aggregated analytics (pages visited, referral source, device type) through Vercel Analytics, which does not use tracking cookies. We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us through one of our forms, described below. We never sell your personal data.

Forms and submissions

Cedarli has three forms: the launch and newsletter signup, the "list your property" application, and the property sensory survey. When you submit one, the information you enter (for example your email address, or for properties the name, location, contact details, and sensory information about the property) is sent to us so we can respond and, where relevant, build a listing.

Newsletter signups, property applications, and sensory survey responses are stored in our own database, hosted by our infrastructure provider Supabase. If you join our newsletter, we may also sync your email address to our email-sending provider, Kit (kit.com), so we can send you updates; you can unsubscribe from any email. Outreach survey links may carry campaign tags in the web address (for example a property reference) so we know which invitation a response came from; these tags contain no information about you as an individual.

Affiliate links

When you click a booking link, you are redirected to a third-party booking platform (such as Booking.com). That platform's privacy policy governs how they handle your data. Cedarli receives only aggregated commission reports. We never see your personal booking details, payment information, or travel dates.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, for properties, to maintain or evaluate a listing. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@cedarli.com.
